A: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring that we can adequately prepare for each scheduled service. If you need to cancel your booking, the following applies:
1. You will receive a full refund of any payments or deposits if you provide at least 14 days' notice prior to the scheduled event date via email.
2. If you cancel with at least 7 days' notice but fewer than 14 days, you will receive a 50% refund of any payments or deposits.
3. Unfortunately, all payments or deposits are non-refundable if the cancellation notice is provided less than 7 days before the scheduled event date. Please ensure to communicate your cancellation via email to facilitate the process smoothly. This policy is in place to help us manage our resources efficiently while still accommodating our clients' needs to the best of our ability.
